ReadyNAS 1000S is equipped with a unique 18-inch deep 1U chassis with disk tray locking mechanisms. Building on the ReadyNAS proprietary, highly-integrated system-on-chip architecture of its Network Storage Processor (NSP), the ReadyNAS 1000S provides high performance, high reliability, small size, lower power consumption and quieter operation.
